Welfare Benefits in Canada

The stubbornness of the human beings to support the government in Ottawa is beneficial as as it subjects the central government to psychological torture and obtains liberty (Fulford). Finally, fascism and communism achieved a following in Canada, as the system tends to swallow them more than they can take the countries system of governance. These factors make Canadians lucky people in the world.
