This company needs to open the firm because of increased demand for its goods, especially in North America. In addition, the firm plans to focus its investment in technologies and facilities. This means they tend to avoid investing in concrete structures. Once these materials are in service, they can be constantly upgraded. This business will be built from the ground up and will be the first one of its kind in the United States. To achieve this, they must source for a competent builder who will accomplish the task within the stipulated time. The only disadvantage is that there is the impact of tighter Chinese outbound investments currently taking place in the U.S. (Grant).

Benefits of Constructing the New Firm

I am absolutely convinced that the move to construct such a big firm is excellent. This is because, at this point, construction activity is surging in many parts of the country. At the same time, it has been observed that investments from mainland China in the U.S. are experiencing an upward trend. Also, the construction of the new site will be vital since the company will significantly increase its production in the North American segment, thus, attracting more customers (Grant).
