A health-related book called “Our unsystematic health care system” provides readers with a thorough review of the American health system. There are four editions of the book, however the fourth one discusses the previous president Barak Obama’s Affordable Health Care Act. The book also discusses the main obstacles that the US health community must overcome as well as their past successes. Grace explains that despite citizens’ frequent complaints, state-provided healthcare has not entirely satisfied them. The arrangements and reforms within the American soil have not yet been of praise to many as they do not feel it a necessity to them.

The fourth edition researches on the agenda of affordable health care policy introduced in the 2010 and the impacts it has brought into the health care system. The policy includes coming up with ways that can assist to identify and estimate what the gauge laws effect has contributed. The books have also borrowed some contributions from the editions in topics such as insurance in sectors of health care and arrangements done within the appropriate insurance policies. The book also goes to the extent of the health care within the states and that of other countries. Within the comparison, it compares the cost of health care service within the country and those offered in other countries that are cheaper and have large numbers of patients. The book goes ahead and talks about the factors that are entailed outside the book but may have huge contributions to why Americans do not enjoy the kind of health care they are offered and longer life expectancy.

Review

Grace Budrys is not contented with the policies deployed by the government he feels that they are not enough. She claims that the Obama act has led to overcrowding in hospitals and health centres. “The reforms resulting from the Affordable Care Act (ACA) over the past six years have led to increases in health care coverage to the states”. (Morone, 2010). In my point of view she might have some truth but also her assumptions are not necessarily al facts. The cause of overcrowding in health centres can be as a result of many things starting without breaks. Despite all this, it is the right of each citizen to have a chance to visit a health centre. Grace is entitled to give recommendations on how to lower over r crowding in hospitals rather than blaming the efforts of the government to give every citizen a chance to get health care services.

The argument about that people are not satisfied with the health services that are offered to them has no bases. Grace does not give detail reasons on why she thinks that people are not satisfied with what is being offered to them. Her agenda with quality is more of an assumption as a statistical review has not be put into thought. She has a point when she claims that Obama care is not the best since countries such as Denmark have better health facilities and services, but this does not justify that the US healthcare is the worst.

The dependency of man to long life expectancy is not wholly dependent on the type of health offered. The author claims that the health facilities are affecting the level of survival of humanity. It may be true to say so but also there many dependent factors on the same. Obama care has an intention of improving the accessibility and affordability of health while our author is up and against on that contribution.

According to Grace Budrys, unequal health insurance is estimated to reduce the risk of mortality by 10–15 percent. Grace is a wise and intelligent author. She urged the government to influence more insurances covers. Just as Obama implies for better health care to all (Obama, 2016).Grace has the heart to fight for the people. He wants the health coverage to ensure screening service, out patience prescription drug. She claims that good insurance cover could reduce immorality among ethnic groups. The argument of grace is encouraging and community involving. On my point of view, Grace has strength in his argument

The stand of the author on the base of better health facilities improvement is a key contribution. The author has thought as she understands the importance of good well-equipped health care centres. She is firm in showing that good health care centres should have enough facilities as per the number of people accommodated in the facilities. The base of increase in wages for health workers is realistic and could be a positive addition to the health sector.

The healthcare is a complex body, fulfilling the needs of every person within a country is difficult (Orszag, 2016).. The act of grace saying that people are not getting quality health care may be true but also a little exaggerated. The needs of each may be difficult to satisfy, but the Obama care has tried to achieve the contributions by filling the gaps on cost and quality. Thus on this field, the writer is a little harsh and non-realistic on what Obama has achieved.

In conclusion, the writer has given essential recommendations that could apply to the health care. Although she has given many contributions, her critics towards the Obama care are at some point irrelevant. The book has its language to assist in the improvement if health care although not everything it says is applicable.
