The school had qualified professors who gave reliable instruction for the courses being offered. It also promoted parental and guardian involvement in school activities with a strong, well-supported ethos.

Weaknesses

Open events that were significant for student participation and publicity were nearly exclusively the focus.

The curriculum was overly ambitious, and as a result, it could not tolerate other pursuits that promote the growth of a well-rounded individual.

Opportunities

Existed active volunteer committees that were prepared to organize and carry out a number of university plans. Nevertheless, parents were used to assist in the delivery of the curriculum through consultations and content analysis.

Threats

There was the risk of confidentiality, as most of the information involving students would easily be leaked. In addition, there was the compulsion of student to do what they did not wish to do most of the time.

Vision

I want to be a God fearing and academically excellent student of high moral and creativity focus in my area of discipline.

Thought while performing the SWOT analysis

While performing the SWOT analysis my mid was considering my four years in college and all reasons for my stay in school. I also thought about the problems I experienced as a.student. Apart from this, I looked at the advantages I had within the school environment at that time which I considered as strengths and the chances for success I defined as opportunities.

I did a lot of analysis in order to utilize the rare opportunities I had together with the strengths. While there were many challenges and threats, I focused on the opportunities to help me succeed. (Butler, 2016).

Many students think of threats as natural and that they cannot succeed when they have challenges in their school life. This thought makes them give up immediately they are faced with complications.
