The RN to BSN program

The RN to BSN program at satisfies the CCNE and AACN criteria for clinical competence by utilizing non-traditional experiences for working nurses. These encounters take the form of direct and indirect care experiences in which licensed nursing students learn within the context of their hospital organization, specialty care discipline, and local populations. This activity is intended to foster demonstration of skills related to leadership and management.

Do you believe the proposal would be approved if formally proposed?

As the senior supervising nurse at Pines Village Retirement Home, I have reviewed the proposal, and I am delighted in the manner in which it addresses some of the mitigating issues in this facility. The project presents a tentative summary of the aims and details of the Saints Program. In a sense, I believe the project proposal will be approved since it provides a cost efficient and all-inclusive understanding of the hurdles faced at the retirement home.

What are some strengths and weaknesses of the proposal?

One of the strengths of the proposal is it’s primarily, based on its aim to include the nursing staff’s needs and benefits. More so, the project encompasses the serious injuries patients suffer from and how to minimize such risks and factors associated with the lesions. On the other hand, one weakness of the proposal is the fact that it is a provides a short-term solution and not long-term remedy. As such, it may limit the merits to the nurses and patients if budget cuts are provided within stated reasons.
