The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

The Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, is an independent executive agency of the United States federal government that is charged with environmental protection. It was first proposed by President Richard Nixon on July 9, 1970, and it was formally established on December 2, 1970. The agency is responsible for promoting environmental protection in various aspects of the country.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) MOU

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration recently announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Data Exchange Program

To implement this data exchange program, the agencies will identify key personnel to serve as members of a Data Exchange Committee.
