The rescue of Americans come from Europe, which distracted the focus of the Britain military (Franklin and Higginbotham, 2009). It is at this point that the American state declared its potential to other nations to have power with their military group. The amendments of the constitution occur more frequently to capture recent events. Today, the virtue that all men have similar creation, so they are equal exists in the constitution. Therefore, the reformation and reconstruction of the American constitution is one of the major legacy of civil war in the American history.
