This essay discusses my original thoughts after watching the movie, regardless of whether it seems like an accident. The ideas I have during the movie’s first fifteen minutes, the emotions I experience, and how I perceive the accident, including whether the jetliner crash appears to be a terrorist attack or a regular accident. This is true due to the setting, timing, and building that is the focus of the attack. Although I can’t prove it, I get the impression that there was some sort of terrorist attack plot in line with the underlying factors. the emotions that arise as I view the movie more and how they influence my thoughts about the accident. The main aim of published film is create awareness and show to the world that terror is real and we as nations should join efforts in fighting future terror attack. The paper also state whether the putting the film on the website is important or not.

Moreover, there is an outline of the incidents that had great impact on me and the way this film is connected to the class work we already through with. The impacts of the attack 9/11 attack on the economy, the change of security system etc. The impact of the attack to the to the people left by their relatives which left them with psychological associated problems due to the sudden attack and how they were consumed by fire , with no one in a position to help the victims.

The plane crash that happened on September 9, 2001 on the north tower of the New York World Trade Centre at 8.46am in the morning. As perceived by witnesses who saw the plane said “it was a small commuter plane that crashed into the north tower” (FOX News 9-11-2001 Live Coverage 8:46 A.M E.T - 5:00 P.M E.T, 2016). After the crash on the tower a huge explosion is heard and I perceive the incident as an accident. A huge cloud of smoke and fire is seen coming from the place the airline got into. Within few seconds a hole can be seen where the plane got into and a dark cloudy smoke begins to come from all over the building. This means destruction has just begun and everything inside the tower is being consumed by the huge fire. People near the tower are screaming and running away from the tower and ambulances and fire fighters sirens are heard a clear indication that people all over the city have heard the huge explosion and seen the huge smoke and fire and that rescue teams are under way to help the causalities who will emerge from the crash. The huge explosion was heard all over the town and reports were made to the respective bodies and departments which deal with accidents and attacks related to bombings. This is so because nobody understands what caused the crash into the one of the famous twin towers in New York.

This series of event create fear and anxiety of what will happen to the people including the staff in the building. This attack has just happened after the initial reporting hour at 8.00am when most employees report to work in the morning shift. So the crash happening towards 9.00am raises some questions whether it’s an accident or a terror attack. This is so because it happened after everyone has already settled in the building and he/she is working. It is also the time when people are busy trying to reduce the work load and everyone was caught unaware. Although this has never been witnessed in America of an airline losing control and crashing into the building, may be the pilot should have tried his/her best to land the plane in less densely populated area or in a field outside town center rather than coming directly to crush into the tower which is a renowned world trade Centre and one can estimate the number of people working there to be very high. This brings about mixed feelings if this is an accident or a terror attack targeting the world trade center and people inside. I cannot prove it’s a terror attack, since accidents do happen when airlines lose control and fall or hit anything near. The time the incident has taken place, the building it has crushed makes me raise concern and sense it’s seems not a normal accident as most people perceive it. This is because many world terrorist attacks that happen, they are well planned mission targeting big buildings in the city, building with most people and also the one that can also affect the economy of the country since it serves many people. So the target of one of the twin towers leaves me speechless and thinking it’s a terror attack, although there is no proof my thinking. As the building continues to burn with big flames of smoke and fire on all sides of the tower, makes me think of the many causalities and deaths that will arise from the accident. It’s traumatizing and remorseful accident which has left many people childless, widows, orphans and also some homes are left with no one to run.

The film is presented to show the public and the whole world what happened on that fatal morning when everybody was eager of having a fabulous day at the workplace and what fall short of the many business men and women who boarded the plane attend business meetings, family tours or even were other people were going to work. On this chilly and bright morning many people lost their lives and the world was shocked by the cowardly attack of the terrorists. It serves as a reminder that terror is real and that everyone should be alert and keen on any unsuspected person boarding a plane or any other form of transport to inform the police, any other security agency near you, so that stern checkup an measures are taken to ascertain everything is ok. The film to some extend is not important since it awakens the memoirs of the people who were the survivors and also those that were affected directly or indirectly. The attack resulted to people be left by their friends, neighbors, parents, brothers, cousins or a relatives and it also affected people’s business ventures an entities. When the film is viewed it can cause shock which may lead to trauma and mental problems caused by the memoirs of the fatal attack of 9/11 in New York. To the master minds of the attack it is their joy when they look at the film and they laugh and cheer up of their ‘achievement’. This film should be stored in government archives or a website that can accessed by specific people with certain required credentials but not everyone can access.

The event that has left me astonished and perplexed is the second jetliner that flew slightly below the other tower already in flames and hit the south tower of the world trade center and a huge explosion happens. This incident confirms the suspicion this was a mere accident but rather a terrorist attack. The second attack seemed dreadful since the building was squarely hit than the other one which was caught on the upper part of the tower. The explosion on the southern building was intense and the people in the two twin towers are approximately 50,000 workers who will be fighting for their life (Shields, 2012). The two twin towers are a sign of capitalism and are world trade center and that terrorist are enemies of this growth of economy. The intensity of the fire was uncontrollable for fire rescue teams and fire fighters to calm it down. So nothing at the moment would help the people in the two twin towers. The ambulances were carrying injured people to the hospital and others fell from the top of the building were dead. This scene is horrific and terrifying and when the twin towers were burning down the Pentagon according to an eye witness (RN, CCRN, 2001). This attack heightened the tension all over country to be under siege of terrorist attack. At the pentagon firefighters are seen trying to calm the situation and Whitehouse west wing and capitol were being been evacuated and the airlines operations have been stopped. This operation led to 343 firefighters lose their lives (Timeline, 2017). After seventy five minutes the one of the twin tower crumbled down causing a lot of destruction to the surrounding buildings. This was fiery since people were down trying to help survivors evacuate the area. The crash on the pentagon house confirmed it was an attack targeting a large number of people in New York.

The fact they were four jetliners which were hijacked and already three have crashed important building and the other one according to reports from the capitol police is that is heading to Washington. This made me infringed with fear since the more the number of planes the more the deaths. The planes were hijacked by terrorist’s minutes after leaving the different airports; Newark, Washington and two from Boston. After the fall of the first tower the second fell down after 63 minutes and this led to more deaths. The police were helping the firefighters to evacuate people from the towers before and after the twin towers fell down. After the first fall of the south tower it killed over 800 people in the building and around it and when the north tower crumbled 1600 died. Over 50 people died from jumping from the top save their lives. This is a horrific experience because of the large number of dead people. The estimated number of people at the time the buildings were attacked were between 16400-1800 people (Shields, 2012). The united and American airlines confirm death of 164 people dead as a result of the crash from their two planes. The materials learnt in class are relevant since I can connect the several impacts, changes and the possible causes, lapses of security which lead to terrorist attacks in the State. This information was instrumental in helping me to cope with the film footage and help me analyze the points vital and that had impact.

The impact the 9/11 attacked has had on the country is the ongoing wars on terror by America on terrorists. (Green, 2011). After the attack America deployed its soldiers in Afghanistan in less than a month to fight those involved and to overthrow the sitting president who was perceived as the person who funded terror militants. This has led to troops deployed in the area over the years to curb the situation. Although many American soldiers have lost their lives and others come back crippled and mentally sick. This fight against has led to rise of ISIS has continued to kill and terrorize people all over the world (Maley, 2016). The fight against terrorist is real and still ongoing and many countries have ganged to help curb the terrorist attacks.

Another effect of this attacks, it led to more and big advanced surveillance systems to help prevent undetected attacks from terrorists. At the airports full body scanners were introduced and through checkup started immediately. Phone and web surveillance was commenced to help trap terrorist conversations in a bid to prevent further attack. The attack has affected the country economically since all financial markets were ended their trading. This affected the economy and the many businesses which come to stand due to the effect of the several bombings which infringed fear to the public (Kettle et al., 2011). It led to flee of investors and others fearing to invest but rather pulling out of the different business in fear of their life and resources. Moreover, foreigners residing in America began to migrate to other countries and since after the creation of the department of Homeland Security it has led to deportation of many foreigners with no valid documents and suspected people with no identities (Green, 2011). The death of over 3000 people in New York City has led to many people left wounded mentally and never to forget the occurrence. This affected the way business was at New York City and up to today the effects of the 9/11 attack. In the airports people feared to travel by air for a year or so due to the incidence. The United and American airlines are have experienced the impact and this has led to many people fearing their lives and this has led to the companies incurring losses.

Lastly, the overall security has been heightened all over the city and different security measures adopted to help prevent such an occurrence which has left the world at large astonished and in fear. The FBI investigated what might have caused the attack and it is assumed that this was a planned terrorist attack but not an accident (”National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States“, 2003). This is evident because of the people who called to alert their families that their plane had been hijacked. This film gives an alert to every American and any other person to be keen because after the attack some countries were happy of what happened on the fatal day.
