Visions, commitment, passions, and motivations are necessary for any entrepreneur to be successful. With such virtues, one will be able to realize the vision of other stakeholders such as employees, partners, customers, and suppliers. Informal knowledge be can found through customer complaining about a product or services, considering a comment from a friend or an idea coming up through a conversation.

Skills, knowledge, and abilities are necessary to work on an idea and move it to the development stage to start bearing fruits. However, this should come after a thorough evaluation is carried out to consider factors such as competition, technology, potential, laws, financial and market demographics. Failure to make progress and have sufficient income in a business causes frustration and lead one to look up to those who are successful. One may have a misguided notion that by copying what others are doing can make him successful.

Unique Strategies and Target Market

Behaving like someone else in a similar business will not help; it will disappoint people when one’s real character comes up. It is important for an entrepreneur to invent model systems and use it with successful frameworks in a business, which is done through learning from workable strategies. However, it should be done in a way that it special with the business. Another factor that brings success in entrepreneurship is serving a specific target market. It is hard to try to reach all people and those who try always fail. Time and resources should only be spent in meaningful ventures.

In case employees do not have experience and skills, a coaching style is suitable for them. The situation of a business is one of the primary functions, which determine the choice of leadership style is. All employees in a business can develop good leadership skills through effective learning to assess a scenario, consider approaches of leaders and take the right action. For instance, maintaining a conducive environment in construction, it is important for leaders must ensure there is strict adherence to federal, state as well as local regulations. Collaborative leadership style is most effective for leaders in the marketing department to enhance innovation and creativity in business.
