United Airlines is one of the major airlines of United States of America. It is popular because of it has a comprehensive global route network. It has got a good reputation in the passengers. But, one day on April, 09 2017, the United Airline had overbooked a flight from Chicago to Kentucky. It was not only an embarrassing situation for an airline of that stature but also negligence of the corporate social responsibility. The rules and regulations could not allow for flying the plane with a single extra passenger. Therefore, staff decided to randomly pick the extra passengers with the computer search i.e. four passengers are being picked and pursued to remove from the flight. Three of them are smoothly removed, but one passenger named Dr. David Dao refused to leave by claiming that he is a doctor and a patient is waiting for him. However, a violent removal has been initiated that eventually ended up with a bloody face and broken nose, and the passenger recorded the incident. This is a big negligence on account of corporate social responsibility.
