One should first examine his or her ability; this is critical in choosing jobs that are a good fit for the individual. The second stage is to create a list of potential careers. Third, one should learn about the possible jobs that have been identified. The fourth phase entails eliminating some of the detected possible careers in order to remain with fewer numbers. The fifth step is to create short-term and long-term goals. He or she should develop an action plan after identifying the goals. Finally depending on the action plan selected one will easily identify the desired career he or she should undergo training (Weinberg & Gould 2014).

Personal care aides: This refers to the group of people specially trained to offer social support to patients. They also help the clients on how to handle their self-care duties. Their median pay is at $21,920 per year. They also lack any formal education credential. The outlook of this job is twenty-six percent faster than the average job. One of the benefits is the ability of a person to e able to provide social support to the patients as well as being equipped with knowledge on self-care. Fitness trainers and instructors are people with specialized training on how to help people keep their body fit. Their median pay is at $38,160 per year with a minimum education level of a high school diploma or its equivalent. The job outlook is rated at 8% fast the average occupation. One of the benefits of the instructors is the ability to keep their bodies fit and healthy due to the balanced diet accompanied with physical exercise (Weinberg & Gould 2014).

Skincare specialist has a role of modifying the skin and face of the patients. Their mediums pay $30,270 per year. The minimum education requirement is a postsecondary nondegree award. The outlook of the occupation is rated at 12 %. The major benefit is gathering the experience on how to handle different skin conditions and clients with different attitudes.
