Despite this, some factors stand in the way for achieving these changes. There is unlimited individual potential for error of making judgments, self-interest and pride actions that mostly occur in people who hold a high ranking position in institutions. Unhealthy subordinate ties are also another obstacle that happens between leaders and follower in institutions.
In conclusion, a system can be viable in society change in following ways: provision of services, holistic approach, among other factors. It can also be hinder by factors like self-interest and pride, unhealthy subordinate relationship.
