With relation to level 5 mode leadership, in particular, I completely concur with Xena Chavaria’s vision of leadership. According to the article, leadership is essentially a process that is carried out by a person or group of people who are committed to achieving a particular goal. According to this perspective, a leader is someone who encourages people to act morally in the course of achieving a goal (Satterlee, 2013). There are two unique personalities or rather factions that each fulfill their respective roles within a company, or often within any other entity, to guarantee that the assigned duty is accomplished in the most suitable way. On long term prospects, the leader sets directions to his followers to make sure that everybody or rather all the stakeholders involved remain focused in the entire process.
This is quite the case for level 5 leaders as indicated in the article. First and most importantly, the leader understands the needs of both the organization as a whole and the individuals involved and in this case his followers. It is more of being a servant to the organization, its workers and technically everything involved in safeguarding the welfare of the given entity. Servant leaders just like level 5 leaders possess special attributes that definitely helps them promote adequate integration of the organizational elements for optimum outcomes. In most cases, such leaders do not own credit of the achieved success but rather takes pride for the success of both the organization and those who contributed to make the realization (Satterlee, 2013). In other words, they sit back and let their visions materialize.

The presented argument by Jenifer Kling in the article Scenario Planning is absolutely correct and within the aspects of effective management and leadership. Future is always uncertain but with proper management strategies this can prove easy. Predictions are necessary and with scenario planning, risks can significantly be management. It is in a way a form of contingency measures that are installed in place to address any eventualities in case of any threats. As a matter of fact, it is also widely known as scenario and contingency planning. In this regard, when organizations are embarking on long-term prospects, all premeditated courses should take into consideration the factors that in all facets affects the welfare of the organization (Ramirez et al, 2017). In most cases, the approach is adopted at the initial stages of decision.
It is considered a major factor in coming up with the right decision, for instance, whether to make certain investment or make some adjustments to suit the original plan. It is like a method of planning ahead even before making the actual investments. It provides ways of overcoming likely risks especially when the investment is destined to takeoff. Scenario planning has proved as a paramount approach based on the successes of widely known organizations and other corporations throughout the world. Notably, the continued adoption of the aspect has basically been driven by the dissatisfaction experienced in other existing ways of planning (Ramirez et al, 2017). Besides, it disregards the irrationality of human nature with demonstrable benefits in the long. In overall, scenario planning is inevitable in the sense that notable events in history drives the need to be adequately prepared in any eventuality.

I tend to disagree with Abby Baker in the article supportive leadership in various aspects. Firstly, though leaders are supposed to be there for their followers and the organization in general certain limits however exists especially at personal level in regard to their relations with all the stakeholders involved. It is rather justifiable to state that leaders are mandated to offer explicit guidance to their followers in the most ethical manner. Issues of trustworthiness and positivity are established within the instituted institutional code of ethics and it is the duty of everyone to abide to them (Hocine et al, 2014). This is quite the case in the views of being honest, kind and depicting inclusivity in all their interactions.
Levels of restrictions comes into play especially when some of this attributes are in a way taken for granted and abused by those who may consider them as basically servants of the organization. In fact, for effectiveness and promotion of efficiency, leaders indirectly demand respect from everyone as long as they maintain their status in the most ethical way. It is the duty of both the leader and the followers to support each other and show a sense of responsibility. In the instance that all this considerations are taken seriously the other issues are automatically catered for. Even in a family setting, each member feels in a way that they are supposed to belong in a given position in order to maintain positive coexistence; that sense of belongingness. In overall, the aspect of leadership is quite complex and should be treated with the utmost dignity it deserves.
