The Application Process

The first step in the process is to gather a list of related Authors and Researchers, along with their contact information. Following that, an application with the resume and cover letter is sent to the assigned contact person. Both of these texts have been correctly formatted and reviewed for grammatical and structural errors. For the pages on Education and Experience, the resume is organized in reverse chronological order. All pages, including Skills, Interests, and Achievements, contain only material that is important to the work. As long as the material is relevant to the job and can be backed by photographic evidence, it is used. Only those accomplishments are included which are made at the level of college, state, or country.

The Cover Letter

Similarly, the cover letter should communicate the passion and skills in an enthusiastic and professional tone. At the same time, the high quality of books and papers authored by the researcher should be read and appreciated in the cover letter.

Follow-Up and Response

In the second step after the interviewer or contact person has sent response to the application, a thank-you note must always be shared for time and consideration. In case of approval of application, some work samples and recommendation letters can be sent for processing as per need. This increases the likelihood of getting through to the next stage. With due diligence, response should be sent for every message of the interviewer in a timely manner. On receipt of the offer letter, gratitude and acceptance must be communicated earnestly. A positive, engaging and professional conduct is necessary during all forms of communication.
