In alignment with their education and capabilities, people prefer working in suitable conditions that are not as challenging and regularly fluctuating.

Some people never leave their hometowns also because of the climatic conditions. With the rise of global warming, different regions have developed severe temperature outcomes that are difficult to manage. Staying in places with an optimum temperature throughout the year is better for many. Crime rates and unstable social conditions comprise another reason people stay attached to their hometowns. There are several cities and areas that have high violence rates; for the same reason, it is fairly convenient for individuals to stay true to where they belong. The peace and stable nature of societies matter in a critical manner.
