B. My strengths are that I am dedicated, have strong work ethics, excellent organizational and planning skills, flexible and adaptable, reliable/dependable, communicate with compassion, have awareness on various subjects, possess advanced Computer skills, conduct my dealings with utmost professionalism and politeness and I’m very responsible. These qualities make who I am, and by maximizing on them, they give me an added advantage over others.
C. I have learned that I have great strengths and that be of great importance to assist me in reaching my goals to be top of the company because I am persevering. I also have the discipline and intellectual ability to focus. I feel more confident to pursue my goals. I learned that my family and friends believe I have a lot of mental ability, which I sometimes overlook. Focusing on what am good in, can take me places. It means that I can get rewards and promotions at my workplace.

A.I conducted my self-assessment to find my potential strengths by evaluating what aspects of my life I could be strong in if I worked on and dedicated myself to. I received feedback from my friends and family.
B. My potential strengths are; Learning and working with databases like Adobe applications, financial awareness. International Relations, proficiency in Business Laws and Management Information systems (MIS), and being a top executive.
C. I learned that I have a long way to go to develop my strengths to better my life. To hit the jackpot, I have realized that I have to be open-minded, creative and innovative since nothing comes on a silver platter. Category 3: Faults and Bad habits
A., I conducted my self-assessment to find my faults and bad habits by taking into consideration my weaknesses and what people criticize about me. I received feedback from family and friends. I had to make sure that the information received was unbiased before I could draw any conclusions. By doing so, I managed to get rid of any data which was subjective rather than being objective.
B. My faults and bad habits are that I get anxious or shy when I have to speak in front of small or large groups, I am over analyzing, take longer to complete tasks because I want it done right, and quickly get overwhelmed. I have to shape up and do away with these flaws before they bring me down and ruin my goals and objectives.
C. I have learned that I should not over analyze everything and anything and that I should speak up when the moment comes up. I should also gradually learn not to get anxious or be shy when I speak to a group. I’ve learned that to achieve my objectives I don’t have to worry but to follow my plan with calmness and that I shouldn’t push myself too much so that I can endure and achieve more in my career. In general, I have realized that I should aim for excellence rather than perfection and that flops are part and parcel of life.

A. I conducted my self-assessment to find my interests, desires, and passions by thinking about what I enjoy doing, and what goals I yearn to achieve. I also received feedback from my friends and family.
B. My interests, desires, and passion are; I like to play sports, read articles on new technology, enjoy swimming, to socializing with friends, listening to music, having a great career, financial stability, excellent health, take pride in my accomplishments and enjoy acquiring new knowledge. I am passionate about my studies and want to continue studying and finish my bachelor pram well. C. I got great insight from the feedback I got that my interests, desires, and passion are what I am good at and that because I enjoy engaging myself in them, I could develop them into something more meaningful to improve my life and my career. My gifts can make me move mountains if I invest quality time on them and get the required knowledge and skills to better them. I also have to practice on these ‘diamonds’ and commercialize them so as to make a living out of them. There is nothing great in this world than living to your purpose and full potential.

B. My personality traits are Quiet, fun, social, positive, sympathetic, optimistic, enthusiastic, happy, honest, spontaneous, competitive, well organized, discipline and compassion.
C. I’ve learned that I am a good person with good feelings which I always put it in practice to help people. I also share optimism with everyone around me. I learned that I am an active and enthusiastic person. The feedback would help me manage or develop myself better and being a good team member. I’ve learned that it would help me be more efficient and organized in the workplace with others. I also realize that I could be a leader in the future.

I am an active, hard-working person that is dedicated, I have many computer skills, and I’m very meticulous and have good manners. I always try to be one of the best in what I do. I am perseverant, dedicated, and disciplined in both school and work. These qualities will help complete my bachelor program and obtain my MBA degree and be a great professional. They will also assist me to cope well with my friends and family members, help out others who may seem weak in their job and help me fulfill my goals.
I exert myself too much, and I want to be one of the best. Too much pressure paralyzes me, and I stay worrying. It’s always crucial to divide my work into small portions and tackle them one at a time. This method can actually reduce the amount of pressure exerted by the work, help me accomplish the tasks on time, and keep me off from stress. I learned to consider how certain traits or attributes might complement or might compete with others. Being perfect is always desirable but in real fact, its unattainable. I have realized that the desire for perfection limits one’s ability to learn and grow.
My qualities are; being reliable/dependable, give compliments, I’m flexible and adaptable. These I attribute to the fact that I am always ready to fulfill my obligations, will always follow through commitments and will always have consistent work performance for any particular change. Being polite coincides with my core value of respect. Humility is always a key element to success. Though some people see it as a sign of inferiority, it’s the greatest method to win the hearts of the investors, suppliers and customers. I show consideration of others. Caring for my fellow coworkers and even managers will help me create a good professional relationship that will lead to effective communication in an organization, and hence achievement of the organizational goals and targets.
