When implementing these changes, offices may face massive levels of resistance and backlash, preventing them from implementing any long-term initiatives and adjustments in the future.

With that in mind, dialogue can be an initial approach when it comes to solving problems. So, they can talk to the student body about the errors in judgment they have made so far so that they can make the necessary adjustments to avoid potential disaster. Additionally, they can improve their influence over the students. This can be done through personal interaction with the students and engage them in fun activities which will increase their in participating in events and look forward to the next ones. Apart from that, they can also engage the students in one on one interviews and share the reason for their involvement.

2. Do you have the right people onboard? Who else might you need?

Checking out the people who support your goals in an organization is very important especially when making adjustments. In this case, the Student Government Organization (S.G.O) has the right people on their side, for example, the dean, to support them in their endeavors. They can simply have a strategic plan and then utilize the support. Additionally, they can get seek advice from the parents and other elders on how they can handle their challenge. Furthermore, they can opt to work with the active participants in the group. These active members can act as delegates who will influence other students to join the association thus increasing the size of the membership and student participation. The rest of the student agencies which have more experience and more members can be used to support their course for example by giving them ideas on how they can advance the participation of their members.

3. What is your vision for the student body?

In order for somebody to be enthusiastic about participating in an organization, they must have a figment of an imagination of how things will be running henceforth. The vision of the student body is to gather the various standpoints of the students that seem beneficial when it comes to advancing the involvement of students. Once they have the ideas, they can come up with various marketing strategies to use to familiarize the students in the institution about the student organization. Furthermore, this will enable them to unite students from various organizations so that they can work together and share ideas that be beneficial to each one of them.

4. What is your communication plan?

Once an organization starts operation, feedback from both internal and external feedback is crucial to keep it running efficiently. The organization can devise a method in which they can collect feedback which is necessary for making improvements thus advancing the organization. Additionally, in order to promote the communication plan, the has to personal interaction between the leaders and the members thus have public meetings in orders to have a variety of standpoints.

5. Have you engaged a team of advocates outside of the organization?

An organization which wants to strengthen its reputation has to have promoters outside the organization. These advocates include parents, marketing advocates, and event planners. Parents can use the word of mouth to promote the organizations to other students while the event planning can be taken cared by marketing advocates and event planners.

6. What small gains can you achieve to build momentum?

The short-term goals that the organization achieves on a daily basis are essential in maintaining their synergy. This momentum can be sustained through interacting with the students and stakeholders in a manner that maintains their loyalty. Furthermore, the gradual increase of the involvement of members in every event is also important in building the momentum.

7. How will you continue the momentum?

In order to sustain this momentum, the student body can assign minimal projects to their projects which they can handle with ease. Aside from that, they can also keep up with the practices that they initially used in order to attract their attention and participate in their program. Additionally, the students can also be allowed to brainstorm on how they can improve the organization. The ideas gotten will be priceless and important in maintaining the momentum.

8. What does success, or change, look like for your team? For your school?

This organization can be a success once there is an increase in the participation of the members and the growth in the number of members is substantial. Furthermore, the increase in the commitment of the members’ participation in events despite the numbers is a key signal of the team that is succeeding. The results from this will be noticeable.
