Upper Limit Aviation will use MSD 365 to make sure that feedback is engaged with relation to tracking operations, clients, hangar and warehouse inventory, related operational phases, and infrastructure in the company. The technology provides excellent operational applications that help the businesses deliver goods more quickly and effectively.
As part of the ERP’s guiding principles, committees and workgroups will be formed and will collaborate on the project at statewide higher education institutions and agencies. the creation and application of business procedures in a uniform manner. Likewise, if practical, software methods should be adopted. Upper Limit Aviation will have the advisory council, which will consider the information, products, and communications offered by several sources. Five ERP workshops will be instituted to provide reports on recommendations and findings related to the area of focus. The advisory council will have monthly meetings with Comptroller to discuss issues and matters related to the initiative of the ERP.
Key requirements and functionality
MSD 365 will cover organization scope in areas of payroll, billing, projects, accounts payable and receivable, marketing, general ledger, projects, grants, human resources, and academics (Flight Training for Rotor Wing and Fixed Wing Aircraft, n.d).
Recommendations
Contingency requirements will occur in addition to the utilization management, which focuses on examining the purpose of the project. There will also be recommended deployment phasing, which examines the ERP solution to the organization. ERP software considerations will be given a priority and challenges integrated, as well as funding methods established for the project. Finally, an analysis of the risks associated with the MSD 365 will be conducted. The monthly breakdown work is as follows
August - 2017 Planning of the ERP requirement development and procurement of the associated software, as well as developing the blueprint
September - 2017 Deployment of the agency
October - 2017 Completion of the interfaces
November - 2017 Replacing the systems and software upgrade
