Technology Will Diversify Cultures To Unite And Work Effectively In Every Field.

Technology is working to bring organizations and people and they will be able to work together and closer. The shift in the society’s focus from booming on competition to the need for collaboration cannot be mistaken. Conversation and communication are among the major keys to learning. The current knowledge economy purely depends on technology.

In the ground of English language instruction, the increase of new technologies has brought about age cooperation. The World Wide Web and the internet have led to worldwide English learning environment with new challenges and needs. There is a challenge of pattern shift from faculty centered instruction to learner centered inventiveness.

The teacher’s role in teaching has changed from a content provider to a facilitator. Cooperation is making a big effect in the corporate training environment. Technology makes communication among remote learners, remote presentation from instructors or experts, virtual classroom and online meetings possible, fast and efficient. With time, the synchronous or live training via the internet will become more effective and cost feasible.

The promise is encouraging; bring workers together online to get solutions to problems faster and become more responsive to the needs of the clients. Contrary to the first wave of technology adoption where men were the first adopters, the second wave will see women adopting and suing technology first. This technological gap in adoption between men and women will reduce; nonetheless, their motivation towards the adoption will be very different.

During the 19th and the 20th centuries, technology was all about machines. The machines were so heavy that they needed muscles to operate, maneuver, and move them. It appeared only logical the more physically strong masculine gender would be the master of technology The Impact of Technology on School Leadership by Hope (2014). In the current century, the physically challenging jobs are handled by robots. The new opportunities exist in technology mediated communications, in services and it is in this level that female comes into its own.

Several researches propose that when female’s representation in no longer biologically based, as it happens sometimes on cyberspace, the internet can be an empowerment for women. It enables women to be constructive and active The New Realities by Cavusgil, Gary & Elizabeth (2015). Their voices can be heard, and it is a source of consideration of their new insights and ideas. Where there is a computer lab, boys always run to the machines while girls hold back. In the middle of a project, there are times when a girl will need the computer to do some things and there are moments when they won’t need it. Contrary to this, boys will sink to the computer even when they don’t need it simply because they just like the machine, sitting and just playing with it An Interoperable Ict Educational Application for Toeic Preparatory Study by Ishikawa,, Tsubota & Masatake (2015).

For the girls however, the exploration process was significant in the sense that it gave them a sense of comradeship with a partner. According to Praveen Cherian of IBM in India, women tend to bring technology into their sphere and men reach out to technology.

The future technological products and brands will no longer be created by engineers or scientists, but teams and people who possess multidisciplinary skills. For example, an engineer doctor, or a psychologist engineer, an artist engineer etc Competing in the Global Marketplace by Hill (2014). The Squishy, left-brain science is gaining its place slowly together with hardcore technologies, as the HI-TECH firms try to get an edge on the thoughts of their users and what the users are buying.

The same applies to artists, while companies are grappling with how the appearance of technology should look like; interfaces become as vital to the satisfactoriness of new products and services as the circuitry inside. In the current vibrant nature of business requires a vibrant worker. That is why social scientists like the economists and the anthropologists are being hired to study what is taking place and to help it.
