Media Kit for Marcommunity

i. Into Page: This page will include the media-ready of the organization and press contact that is accessible together with contact information

ii. Backgrounders; one-page summary of the things that are related to Marcommunity. This will include information of about the cause of the organization, the specific initiatives and programs

iii. Fact/Statistics sheets: This section will include part of the organization backgrounders. It will also include a question and answer document on the topic and programs that the organization is currently undertaking.

iv. Bios-this section will include a short biography about a paragraph or two of the key researchers, speakers, and celebrity guests. This section will enable the media to better understand the information that they need to offer and the subject expert

v. Contact information: This section will include the business card of the organization and a list of contacts to make this information easy to locate by the people accessing the kit. The mobile number, office line, and email of the organization will be included in this section

vi. Photos: Now that the organization will be distributing hard-copy media kits during the event,  the ,media release on how journalists will be able to access the photos will also be included in this section

vii. Promotional materials: This section will include brochures, posters, and other promotional material now that the organization will be promoting a campaign launch

viii. Web links- in this section, the links related to the organization will be included including the organization website, Facebook page, Twitter, and Youtube page.
