Human existence depends on the ability to communicate. It is the process by which individuals, or man in general, are able to comprehend one another through the use of words, signs, gestures, or other objects. Depending on the primary message or the situation the communicating parties are in, communication can be verbal or nonverbal. Variations in human conduct influence communication. It can also be expressed through body language, words, face expression, and tone of voice. Communication happens in a cycle or procedure. The cycle of dialogue is shown below:

The aforementioned illustration highlights feedback as a crucial component of conversation. It indicates that the message was received as intended by the sender and responded to as well by the receiver. The sender always expects a response, and that is what makes communication effective. Communication is important as it enables understanding and enhances interaction among people. According to A. Barbour, the author of Louder than Words, words count for 7 percent of the information communicated; vocal tones count for 55 percent whereas body language accounts for 38 percent.Behavior as a form of communication plays a significant role in sending and receiving of information. Sometimes, it’s difficult to understand someone passing information by just listening. It, therefore, becomes necessary to use other cues such as observation and analysis.by observing,we see the reactions of the person. For instance, how do we know when someone is lying? We may observe the way they behave. The person tend to behave in a quite unusual manner that displays false. The person tends to stammer in speech, fidgets and looks tensed. This is a behavioral way of communication. It`s through the way he/she behaves, that we are able to identify the inner message of the communication made.Lies is associated with negative behaviour. The tension is caused by the body stimulation and abnormal reactions by the physcological system.

When one is telling a lie,he/she feels the guilt of what they say. They tend to talk in a manner to convince the message receiver and this gives them a very hard moment of expression. The confidence is forged just for the moment to cover up the real side of the message. The information compromises of a series of formulated statements and it becomes hard for them to communicate perfectly since it is never stored in the human memory at the moment. This means that most lies are generated at the time of information output.perfect and true information is first stored in the brain, analysed and generated for output, contrary to what a lie is:urgent,shortly-mastered and fake formulated.

According to Kurt Lewins theory of change,it is stated that behavior is influenced by factors such as habits and routine. Some people are prone to lying and so its their habit. Most behavior change theory stress on subjecting behaviors to scrutiny as the first step to changing them.
