The interviewee is a BBA student who has a marketing emphasis. The pupil is in his or her junior year. According to the respondent, one option for students to improve their graduation experience is through participating in various organizations and clubs offered by the school of business. He belongs to the business school’s marketing club. In addition to providing resources and training that provide emerging professionals a competitive edge in their careers, the clubs’ main goals are to link all of their members with marketing professionals across the nation. While out of campus, he enjoys swimming, playing table tennis, and having a great time with his friends and family. He also reported that he practices his marketing skills as he works in his parents’ business.<\/p>
The students had a dream of joining George Washington University from his teenage because the institution has an outstanding reputation in the business arena. The university gives the BBA program students an opportunity of completing other interdisciplinary elective courses, which he believes will make him competitive in the business world. He chose the marketing because he is an extrovert and outgoing. He likes to interact with people, listen to their opinion and offer things, which he believes can add value to their life. After going through the course offered at the university, he knew that he would fit well in marketing. The interviewee reported that studying marketing will give him an opportunity of interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and every country needs marketers so he will have numerous job opportunities after graduating. He had a great internship experience while working in the banking sector. He was able to interact with different clients and learn from his seniors in the same field. The student has plans of completing a post-graduate degree in the same filed and seeks another internship opportunity in a reputable company. George Washington University’s business school encourages the first year students to select a field that will make them productive in their career life. The student has been assigned a mentor who is charged with the responsibility of guiding him of various aspects of studies, especially the choice of career path.<\/p>
Before the interview, I was assuming that the student will not be willing to respond to all my questions, but to my surprise, he was ready to answer all the questions, and he was giving an in-depth explanation. I thought that the students could be hesitant to provide information to their fellow students, but it was a surprise to me that many respondents are willing to help others in their career path. This has made me learn that the interviewees have the willingness to give information that they believe is helpful to other others.<\/p>

For detail facts about a particular matter, it is critical that one engages in face-to-face interviews. The information will help me in learning more about the career paths with minimal details. The interviews will give me tips on how I can enter a particular career. I saw that the student possesses excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. During the interview, he could answer a specific question, and he could not interrupt me when I was talking. He was keeping a direct eye contact, and he could use hand gestures while answering questions and he was seated in an upright posture.<\/p>
