By definition, a work environment is a place where particular duties are carried out. There are a few crucial considerations that must be made in order for a job to be completed adequately and effectively. These elements work together to ensure that the task is completed without any errors or gaps. In essence, such characteristics are necessary for a decent workplace, and they include the following:

An appropriate setting is distraction-free. Anything that makes it difficult to focus on a specific job is a distracting entity. Distractions appeal to the five senses, so there are distractions focused on sight, sound, touch, and so on.(Freak poli et al, 219). Concentration lapses make work less productive. As a result, the work done is unappealing or the time is taken to complete the task increases tremendously. A good workplace is hence free from distractions; it encloses the worker in a microenvironment where he or she focuses on the task at hand(Jain et al., 7). A perfect workplace is free from noises and is characterized with disciplined workers who cannot insight any form of visual distractions to their colleagues.

In addition to being free from distractions, a proper workplace needs to encourage the employees to continue working or to work harder. In light of this, it is comprised of promotions in the event a worker performs their duty exceptionally well within the specified conditions; the ideal workplace is also seen to have awards which recognize the outstanding members of staff, such include Employee of the Month, Individual most spirited to serve and so forth(Freak poli et al, 219). Besides the award and reward system, an ideal workplace promotes efficient employee work through acts such as placing the company slogan in strategic places where employers can easily see it. An act such as this worksextensively to give employees a sense of encouragement by reminding them that they are indeed working for the greater good and that their efforts are not in vain.

The perfect workplaceis also comprised of cooperative workers who are well disciplined and follow instructions to the letter. Such morals ensure that everything which needs to be done is performed correctly and with the least time possible. Such a work place is also characterized by fewer conflicts since cooperation is at its maximum level(Freak poli et al, 219). Communication and sharing of ideas are the orders of the day at thiscooperative work environment hence innovation is greatly fostered.

As briefly mentioned above, an ideal workplace is characterized by workers who are disciplined. Discipline itself is a general term which refers to myriad practices. In this context, a disciplined person strives to obey the rules at all costs, he or she does not question authority unless the situation demands it(Jain et al., 7). A perfect workplace is hence comprised of disciplined individuals who not only have self-discipline but also adhere to company rules and policies. Self-disciplineis reflectedin the dressing code and maintenance of proper personal hygiene.

In conclusion, an appropriate workplace is characterized by two majorfactors; these are a motivational working environment free from distractions and a work force which focuses on general discipline. Other factors such as proper management and an ethical code of conduct are also the perils of an ideal workplace; thesego hand in hand to ensure that work is done as per the required standards in the most efficient way possible.
