I am a leader

I consider myself a leader. I possess leadership characteristics and work to improve my inadequacies in order to contribute to society successfully (Llopis, 2013). Although the questionnaire sounded difficult, it offers an excellent opportunity for anyone who sees themselves as a leader to assess their own leadership skills, abilities, and capabilities.

The test gauges a person’s leadership, followership, and management abilities (Wolf, 2009). One question, for instance, asked participants if they had appreciated being in charge as children. This helps by offering a person the chance to assess their own suitability for a leadership position. The quiz tests the versatility of a leader. As such, it focuses on examining the challenges, which a leader expects to experience in society. At times, the leader will also be a follower. Such a situation occurs when the leader has to associate himself with other members of the team to create motivation and cohesion among the group members (Jones, 2011). When a leader does not act as a follower, it becomes complex for the followers to consider him or her as the role model.
