Globalization Environmental Requirements

Globalization is one of the phenomena that has swept the corporate world in the last several decades of the twenty-first century (Gedde, 2015). Yet, globalization has introduced new obstacles to the business sector, affecting operations, performance, and long-term goals. Some of the issues that affect business in an international project are as follows: Communication is one of the most important parts of management in a company organization (Shaer, 2016). Working on foreign projects for a corporation is one of the most difficult hurdles in terms of communication with the management team as well as the workers on the ground. When an organization goes on international trade, the management must speak the same language of the local people to help them achieve their objectives. Communication helps the organization to market their strategies and policies when on international projects.

Environmental Requirements

For an organization to successfully achieve its short-term and long-term objectives in a different setting, they need to adhere to all legal policies and requirements of the host country as well as those within the international arena. If a multinational corporation does not reach these international environmental requirements, it may significantly affect its performance and meet its objectives as well as goals (Wimmers & Optiz, 2010). The organization must, therefore, meet all the environmental requirement by establishing a robust and auditing program when executing the project in a given region.

Culture

One of the greatest challenges that face multinational corporation working on an international project is working with individuals with different cultural background. Different cultures have a diverse anticipation of what type of a leader they need, the business relationship as well as the various rules set around the work. Therefore, culture has a significant impact on the performance of a multicultural team of employees or corporation within an international market.
