In the first scenario, there are two possible reasons why kedar may have stopped coming to see me: one, he may have found a solution to the problem he was having. The second most likely option is that he isn’t noticing any difference in the things I’ve been telling him.

The following are the most likely reasons for us terminating the meeting in the second scenario;

What we’ve been through thus far has been vastly improved.

The issue has been resolved, and there is no need to continue the meetings.There is no change in anything so the remaining option is trying another place

It is important not to tell clients that you will stay in touch after they have terminated services as it will be seen as you never finished your task well and you are praying that the same problem comes back again so that the client can come back to you.
