The products of this enterprise are available in all of its outlets located in various parts of the California and in the franchise in more than 20 branches in the Califonia.XYZ limited was established in the year 2000 and to date the company has the operations spread in many parts of the California USA. The company is am the largest organizations with baked products in the world. The recent survey in the total sales made by the company in the last FR 2016/2017 shows that the company makes sales amounting $4million on weekly basis. The company has established good reputation in the market for producing highly quality coffee products.

Weaknesses

XYZ limited does minimum advertisement of its products in the media while majority of its competitors do. The company is facing stiff competition from its competitors in the same food industry in the USA. The stiff competition has resulted in the price war in the market. The major competitor is QW limited which offers similar product at the subsidized price which is becoming a threat to the XYZ limited as the recent data released by the company reveals that there is reduced number of sales turnover which have resulted from reduced customers who have shifted to QW limited.
