Families and friend usually come to the community park and bring along their dogs to enjoy the time with the family. However, these dogs do not often have a place or space for their comfort. This paper presents a project for the development of a dog park.  The park will consist of a fenced in yard along with areas for water spouts for pets to have a place to drink from.  Waste cans will be available with bags that can be used of to help dispose of animal waste.  Lastly within the area, the pets will have a variety of items to keep them active similar to those at dog shows.

Executive summary

The project is for the current park to dedicate a portion of land to that of a fenced in dog park within the park area.  This will allow local families with small children to bring their dogs and have them both in a safe and secure environment. The borough will have to enable the maintenance of the new part of the park to be included within that of the current maintenance of the park itself.

The product will give the customer a conducive environment upon its completion. The customers will be able to come with the family along with the family dog to a park that will be safe for all that participate. The many performance specifications of this product will attract visitors to the areas from outside of town as there are no other ones within this area

The cultural value of the place

Historically, many ideologies have guided reflected and human actions and attitudes toward the park. Until today, the park has been providing an excellent recreational facility not only to the neighborhood community but also the whole region. The wide variety of plants and animals have created beautiful sceneries for many tourists. The park has also fostered wide scientific research studies which have elevated the quality of education in the area.

The value of cultural services has always been preserved in the park. However, more often than not, these services are taken into further recognition as they are often perceived as being “subjective”, and ”intangible,” thus limiting their integration into the ecosystem services framework. Our purpose for this renovation is not only to establish a dog park but also point out the significance of cultural value and services
