The term “wellness”

The term “wellness” alludes to a person’s overall state of health, including their emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational well-being. (Green, 2017).

Wellness is about the “whole person and not parts,” claims Dr. Jennifer Hunter.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), wellness is “not merely the absence of disease” and should be pursued in order to achieve “physical, mental, and social well-being.”

Monday

The eight hours of slumber on Mondays helps the body recover from the weekend’s exhausting helter-skelter.

A two-hour workout consisting of 6/10 semi-intense arm walking is recommended in the morning to loosen and stiffen the muscles in preparation for the hectic day ahead.

The meal included 7 glasses of water with salad which adds vitamins to the body help the body the body to build defense against diseases.

The rating for the day’s food stood at 8 indicating it was almost to the high-end excellent of a rate of 10.

Friends were engaged in either a walk or in a work out which helped in building social wellness.

Although a test was taken causing stress, it advisable for the development of intellectual wellness.

Environmental wellness was engaged through practice of recycling to maintain a healthy environment.

Tuesday

On Tuesdays 7 hours are allocated for sleep and walking on legs for a length of about 1 ½ hours with a low intensity that rates at 4.

The meal of the day included 7 glasses of water and steak with a rating of 9 which is very high and almost to the maximum of 10.

Either reading or workout is engaged as a hobby.

The time management stands at 8 which is high.

A project was done adding to stress of the day while either walking or reading was involved to ease the stress.

I engage in recycling too to develop environmental wellness.

The day’s overall rating stands at 8 which is high and commendable.

Wednesday

On Wednesdays, sleep takes 6 ½ hours while the physical exercise involves high intensity walking on the back for a period of 1 hour and 15 minutes with a rating of 7.

The meal comprised of 7 glasses of water and 4 eggs with a rate of 8.

The hobby involves either reading or walking with a rating of 7.

Although stress was contributed by taking an examination paper this was relieved by taking a walk and a recycling obligation.

The day’s rating was high standing at about 7.5.

Thursday

On the Thursday, 7 hours were allocated to sleep while a semi-intensive walking was taken for an hour.

4 glasses of water were taken and a pizza adding to the meals proteins.

Hobby activity was being with friends with a rating of 6.

Payment of credit card was the main stressor while walking and hanging out with friends eased it up.

Recycling was undertaken.

The day’s rating stood at 7.

Friday

Friday schedule had 5 hours of sleep, walking cardio made the major physical activity which took about 1 hour and semi-intensive.

Four glasses of water were taken for a during waffles was major part of the meal.

Either hanging with friends, walking or working out made the bigger part of the hobby as money issues gave me stress of day.

Recycling was undertaken and the day’s rating stood at 5 which is an average.

Saturday

On Saturday, 5 ½ hours were allocated to sleep and a slow walking for 30 minutes with a rating of 3 undertaken.

Four glasses of water and a Peanut Butter and Jelly (PBJ) taken with a rating of 4.

I either hang out with friends, walking or watching the TV made my hobby or stress reliever to money stress.

Overall day rated 4 which were below average.

Sunday

On the Sunday, 5 ½ hours were allocated to sleep while slow jogging made the physical exercise.

Water amounted to 4 glasses and PBJ meal with a rate of 4.

Either being with friends, jogging, playing football or watching the TV was the main event for hobby and stress reliever.

Money remained the stressor as the daily rate stood at 6.
