Working with people from different generations might cause miscommunications and even conflict. Baby Boomers’ different ideals and goals may cause them some initial unease. People could feel as though they need to be treated differently at work or that they are unique. Even though the job market requires workers from different backgrounds, successful organizations depend on their employees having strong interpersonal skills. Different generations have different traits and perspectives about the workplace and other coworkers. The qualities are influenced by the professional experiences. All workers must, however, be included in the labor market due to variety. Organizational radical changes must be a part of management. New generations at the workplace are welcomed with grace because their productivity is usually high. Old generations need to work together with the incoming generations. Orientation is right for the incoming workforce where they should be shown the requirements for the job. Each worker should strive to be at peace and have others interest at heart. A good working relationship between Maria and Anthony is crucial because each of them needs each other for different reasons. The success and survival of one depend on the cooperation of the other.

Diversity in the workplace is highly welcomed in workplaces, and different individuals may work well together due to their different skills. An example of Maria and Anthony shows the need to accommodate and accept others no matter the age one has to in an organization. More experienced workers act as role models to the inexperienced. The fact is that both employees are supposed to remain open-minded so that they can blend well to increase their productivity. Change management is crucial to the leadership success of any organization. Leadership requires patience and ability to see opportunities. Innovation and new changes in agencies need a change in attitude, style, and approach to utilizing the available opportunities. Corporate training is recommended to all new and existing employees. Mentoring programs may also be organized. Knowledge transfer and inductions should be a continuous process where employees learn from the experienced. Teamwork is essential to the success of the worker’s relationship. A good working environment enhances the productivity of the company and the productivity increases. Maria and Anthony can work well if they understand the importance of good working relationships.
