The NMBA Registration Standards are critical because they foster professionalism among registered nurses, ensuring perfection in their work (Gould, Kelly, Goldstone, & Maidwell, 2001). The necessary information is sought in order to conduct the analysis and guarantee that there are no unfavorable outcomes during therapy interventions. Because the world is made up of diverse communities, the standards are concerned with the interests of the beneficiaries and everyone subject to the actions. Some beliefs are religious in nature, while others are cultural in nature, and they are related to issues affecting clients’ adherence to medical procedures. Case studies are carried out and scientific test is done to ensure services offered to patients are of good qualities without bad side effects. The nurses also have to undergo thorough training and get experience to ensure right services are offered. In addition, the nurses are mandated to carry out activities in line with their areas of specialization without crossing boundaries. It is of good help in promoting competence and growth in the field results to perfection. Development of new ideas is encouraged as growth and expansion is experienced. This leads to the achievement of objectives and fulfillment of goals in the medical world. The patients find satisfactory and find hope of living a healthy life.

Question 2

CPD

CPD refers to the process of recognizing and recording the skills, experience and ideas acquired during the period of one’s profession (Gould, Drey, & Berridge, 2007). People get exposed to the environment at different angles while performing their formal duties. New ideas come up and in many occasions contribute to the development of their professions. The standards explain that the nurses need to be equipped with knowledge both formally and informally. It puts into consideration, what else the nurse has grasped during the experience at a given time. CPD helps to expose the gaps in personnel’s duties which triggers up more requirement that was apparently unseen. It helps one remember their cumulative achievements and the steps they have taken ahead. A person can remain on the right track to achieve the goals with the help of CPD. Furthermore, CPD helps keep a record of professional experiences. It provides a review of work experience helping one to decide whether to continue in the field or change their career. However, during the work experience, nurses also encounter shortcomings and make mistakes. CPD helps them to identify the problems and consider correcting them. Perfection will eventually increase the quality of service delivery hence reduced the prevalence of diseases.
