An ethics or moral code is an idea of what is right and what is wrong. A code of ethics governs all organizations and in this case Jack strives to abide by these rules. Couldn’t see. However, other employees, including high-ranking officials, often bring their relatives with them. Violate company rules. The dilemma is whether to bring his relatives or stick to the established guidelines. Why should he be the only one adhering to these policies, yet every employee including the top management does not observe them? Furthermore, if he reported the case, he could be fired, yet he wanted to save for college.

The parties involved in this dilemma include Jack, the employees, and top management. Also, the movie theatre’s policies guide how the people should operate. College is also center stage in this dilemma and highlights the repercussions of taking specific steps. All these elements dictate how Jack should make his choices. However, for an ethically-guided individual, observing the policies should be the primary concern. One factor that Jack ought to consider entails the policies. Also, Jack should observe the impact of these employees on the company’s operations. In other words, do these employees and their relatives affect the company regarding profits? Jack should also factor in his college savings. As such, the decision must entail all these elements for it to be effective. Evidently, if Jack is guided by the moral principles, observing the ethical codes, and thus following the policies of his workplace, would be above anything else.
