According to technology gurus, it is now clear that technology is making significant progress in the world. It would have seemed inconceivable just a few years ago for a technical instrument to simply understand and interpret what a human says. But, with these rapid advances in artificial intelligence, it is now obvious that technology is on the verge of doing a wide range of hitherto human-only tasks. It is unclear whether this will have a detrimental or beneficial influence on people. Yet, early signs suggest that this technology innovation will make people’s life easier while also increasing productivity. The biggest question currently, however, is what the future holds for artificial intelligence.

While it could appear that great progress in artificial intelligence research has been made, many experts still believe that the real and momentous progresses in artificial intelligence are still far to be achieved. What is clear though is that there AI is yet to make more and more improvements if the current state is to be judged with. It is without doubt that AI has the prospective of becoming revolutionary. With this sort of automation, machines and software are bound to replace humans. The likes of shopping assistants and self-driving cars are just but a few examples of what the future of artificial intelligence looks like. These advancements, however, will take place amid mixed reactions with the biggest fears being artificial intelligence taking over the world and ending the human race. The rationale is that if the robots were to become smarter than humans, there is a growing sense that they might create more sophisticated weapons, leaving global leaders prone to their manipulation.
