Equality is the aspect of similarities between a group of persons, objects, circumstances, and processes.

In the judicial system, equality is a moral responsibility of treating human in the same way without favoring one side over the other.

Formal equality is equal treatment or equal show of respect to two persons who have equal status.

Proportional equality is treating all persons the same, identically, or the aspect of giving the certain commodity in equal proportions.

There are various features that equalize human beings such as color, sex, language, and height.

A given social order is supposed to equalize all persons involved.

Norms of distributive equality do not apply to individual persons rather than groups. The aspect of distributive equality bringing out the comparison of equality between groups in the society such as women and men; which spearheads the argument on racial and groups.

Resource

The concepts of equity and equality are usually invoked by government officials, policy analysts, scholars, and policy makers in justifying allocation of resources to various different systems such as health and education. According to the article it is difficult to establish whether there can be equity and equality in a society that focuses on resource management efficiency as opposed to social justice (Espinoza, 2008). The resource is relevant as it equality and equity can be measured in the future. The articles set outs concepts of equity such as equity of equal achievement and equity of equal needs; while equality is characterized by equality of opportunities. Application

In the colonial era, immigrants such as Africans, Hispanos, Latinos, and Indians were discriminated by Americans. Americans especially those in high leadership positions treated the immigrants differently from the Americans because of the origin and color thereby resulting in racism. The immigrants were denied some rights that were fully enjoyed by the Americans. Besides, the immigrants were treated as slaves by the American master which is a demonstration of inequality. Immigrants such as Africans were denied the right to own property and to vote. In promoting equality and equity in this above case, the administer may seek for legal intervention requiring the policy makers to pass policies that ensure equity and equality. In this regard, the administrator should ensure laws should apply equally to all races without discrimination, and those who go against the law of equity should be punished the same way regardless of the race. The reasons behinds choosing this strategy is that it enhances equality and equity among all humans regardless of the origin.
