Outreachfest Seattle takes this special chance to welcome everyone to this year’s Community Outreach Festival. Community outreach projects focus on supporting different age groups in different fields to achieve more in life. The main goal is to make our community outreach program bigger and better by actively engaging all members of this community to improve their standard of living. To this end, we work with Brightstar, a non-profit advisory body dedicated to advising people on how to start, manage and operate a business. The main topics covered by falling into his three categories:
Social life and academic life;
Health;
Spiritual.
The mission in this year’s annual community outreach festival is to always render more and better service than is expected of you, no matter what may be. It is on the basis of this mission that we, therefore, want to give specific details to those, who will be setting up booths.
To qualify to get a chance of opening a booth:
Requests letter must be received at least two weeks before the start of the event. Attached should be copies of the firms’/ organizations’ certificates. The applications can be done online. Alternatively, one may print and mail to: [email protected].
Application and booth fees must be done via our PayPal link or mailed check to: Carvendish Chambers, 11864, Ave SE, Seattle.
Also to be emailed to [email protected] will include photos of your work, a photograph of the booth, and a brief description of the product line you deal in.
The vendor must be willing to open to the public, not for profit-making, but to help the general public. Once successful and granted the opportunity to set up a booth, the vendor MUST adhere to the rules of the organizers of the event. A confirmation letter will be sent to all the successful applicants informing them that they have been allowed to set up their stands. Please note there will be no refunds after acceptance.
Note 1: Electricity will not be provided by the event organizers. Non-food vendors are not allowed to come with generators.
Note 2: The payments of the booths will depend on the location and size of the booth one will set up. Out of the amount paid 45% will be used for charity that will be impact the society once the outreach has ended.
Note 3: Bookings are not guaranteed and are dependent upon availability of the qualification and the basis of first come first served, as the slots are limited.
Note 4: During vendor check-in and initial booth set-up, only one way in will be provided. The vendor-check inn map should be consulted for further instructions. The arrival period for all the vendors should be between 7.30 am and 9.30 am. The vehicles carrying vendor materials should be offloaded as fast as possible and taken out of the vendor area.
Note 5: All vendors are encouraged to cover for each other during the main event so as to avoid security issues. The booths should be left unattended at any given time during the event. Volunteers will be in red t-shirts. One may ask a volunteer to stand in for them in case they get a short engagement somewhere else.
Note 5: The event will come to a close at 5.30 pm. Vendors can then take down their booths and load them into their vehicles.
To the successful candidates, anyone, who will not follow the rules provided, will be suspended from the festival. All are urged to follow the set rules and regulations. Should you have any questions, contact the event organizers through [email protected].
