Subsequently, the youths are left jobless and develop the feeling that they have no options but to engage in criminal activities. However, in reference to the advancements made by Mike Ilitch, it is possible that the community can redeem itself and revamp its social status. For example, the wealthy among the populace should be encouraged to invest in their community instead of promoting and venturing into development projects outside the community. By investing in projects within the community, the youth will be able to find jobs in the event that the projects such as hotels and manufacturing companies are improved and restored to their normal states.

The kind of relationship that exists between Mike Ilitch and me is that I regard him as my role model. I admire his achievements and learning his history and the progress he has made so far, I am inspired to work hard in life. From various literature sources, I have found that like any other child born in a humble background, Ilitch was not born in a family of riches, but it was through his hard work and determination that he became a renowned entrepreneur in the global face. I am motivated by his life doings that in an entrepreneur’s spirit, there are always opportunities in difficulties.

Concisely, his life story of success inspires me by informing me that in life, an individual has the option and opportunity to make decisions that can bring change no matter how difficult the situation may seem. For instance, if Ilitch had given up having suffered a terminal knee injury and could not have seen other opportunities in life, then he would have lived a life of regrets and blame.
