American Exceptionalism in "Avengers Endgame"

American exceptionalism is described and brought out in various forms in different scenarios. In the Avengers' endgame, America is seen to be exceptional in producing some of the best people around the world. It is seen as the land of the superheroes. It is seen as a great country that produces effective and highly qualified professionals, such as Captain America (Grillo, 2019). It is, therefore, seen as a country that is more powerful than others around the world. It is a real definition of what might and power is about.

The rest of the world and people view the prevalent flag of America as being symbolic of history. Most people believe that the flag is a major description of the humanity of the country. For instance, white is seen as a representation of the purity and innocence of the country, as compared to the rest of the world. Red is believed to represent the hardiness of America, as seen in the fierce repose of major enemies in history (Grillo, 2019). Most people believe that America is exceptional and hard as it deals with its enemies effectively and to the end. Some people feel that the flag of America stands for the 13 colonies that engaged the country and thus an illustration of the past.

People also say that the American dream is exceptional and more real in America than in any other country in the world. America is considered to be exceptional in the fight for freedom. Most people feel that America is the pioneer of people's human rights and freedom. It sets the pace for the rest of the world in the observation of humanity (Grillo, 2019). The biggest threat to America is considered to be terrorism, as illustrated by the painful mark impacted by the 9/11 attacks.
