The Simple Agile Approach

The simple agile, simple process management or agile management is a gradual, iterative approach that includes the design and construction of operations in the information, engineering technology, and other business sectors whose function is to provide service technologies or new goods in an extremely collaborative and scalable manner. This method helps project managers to communicate excellent and high-priority jobs (Maylor). Simple agile focus on quality growth by devising a short-term implementation schedule.

Traditional Project Management

Orthodox project management assumes that parameters are constant and that time and costs are unpredictable. This is the reason why traditional project management in many cases face budget and timeline issues. On the other hand makes assumption that requirements are variable and time and costs are fixed (Maylor).

The Process of Traditional Project Management

In the traditional project management, the estimates and plans are all at once in the process that can be defined as “big bang,” after that the other process is spent making adjustments to the reality. In this process the leaders rather than performing the tasks in teams to navigate the obstacles they are seen they are found in tucked in offices making task lists and Gantt charts so that they conform to the reality of development. In the agile management on the other hand agile process is about embracing change and it doesn’t even matter if it is the late development stages of the project. It is about having the real time information to tightly managed scope, time and cost, it means delivering the features that have the best organizational value. The agile processes continuously make an evaluation of cost and time as the primary constraints (Maylor).
