Additionally, luggage is directed to particular terminus depending on the records in the computer. Another factor that should be considered in this case is the impact of flight delays on our work. Most of us lose most of our clients and thus lose on our potential markets.

Impacts of the Implemented Solutions

Among the impacts of these steps is that flight delays are now getting less and most companies are making a higher profit. So far, most of the customers prefer to purchase their tickets online and thus service delivery is efficient (Abdelaziz, 2010). The use of computer software eases the work of most employees and this service is also highly efficient. The only issue that is yet to be eliminated is the aspect of losing luggage.
