Implementing a designed training plan is a phase where the activities of learning are undertaken by the learners to produce desired results. I will also incorporate lectures on different communication issues.
I will use the post-training hot wash method to evaluate the effectiveness of my training. Besides, this method is used to describe the debriefing sessions where one gets to find out what was learned during the exercise (Phillips & Phillips, 2016). I prefer using hot wash evaluation tool because it takes a shorter time and it gives participants the freedom to express their concerns and opinions without considering any word count. Moreover, I am always fascinated by the suggestions and ideas that are raised during the brainstorming sessions.
Since the training will take three days, the total costs to be incurred by each participant are $450 for meals, $300 for training activities and $200 for transportation. For a group of 20 people, the cost will be $19,000.
