A systematic training approach prioritizes an organization’s goals and objectives

A planned process called a systematic training approach prioritizes an organization’s goals and objectives to guarantee the success of a training program (Rossi, Lipsey & Freeman, 2003). Conducting training sessions for new hires is one of my duties as the company’s human resources representative. As a result, this essay discusses the subject and goals of my training. The cost involved as well as the techniques of implementation and evaluation are also analyzed.

Four communication barriers and bridges

to list four communication barriers and bridges.

Four different communication techniques that promote a productive workplace

to enumerate four different communication techniques that promote a productive workplace. To explain five principles of communication as well as empathetic listening.

Implementation of the training

In order to attain these objectives, implementation of the training should be undertaken.

Using videos and films to implement training sessions

Implementing a designed training plan is a phase where the activities of learning are undertaken by the learners to produce desired results. I will make use of videos and films as a method of implementing my training sessions. The videos will show the effective and proper way of communicating with customers and fellow workers. I will also incorporate lectures on different communication issues.

Evaluating the effectiveness of the training using the hot wash method

I will use the post-training hot wash method to evaluate the effectiveness of my training. Besides, this method is used to describe the debriefing sessions where one gets to find out what was learned during the exercise (Phillips & Phillips, 2016). I prefer using hot wash evaluation tool because it takes a shorter time and it gives participants the freedom to express their concerns and opinions without considering any word count. Moreover, I am always fascinated by the suggestions and ideas that are raised during the brainstorming sessions.

Total costs incurred by each participant

Since the training will take three days, the total costs to be incurred by each participant are $450 for meals, $300 for training activities and $200 for transportation. For a group of 20 people, the cost will be $19,000.
