My life role – Identify your life plan role (this may be you as a student or professional).

My life plan role is based on my aspirations in the future as a profession. My plan is to become a respectable politician in the society. This is a role that I have developed consistently by deeper involvement in student politics and as a political commentator.

My long-term goals in this role – Identify one outcome you plan to achieve within the next 2 to 10 years in this role.

1.The outcomes I seek to achieve in one year`s time is improving my public speaking skills

2.The second outcome is on developing close relationship with political mentors

3.The outcome in two years’ time is rising in the rank of student politics to be become a student president

4.The outcome I seek to achieve in five years’ time is forging closer relationship with the political class to learn tools of trade from the professionals

5.My long-term goal is to vie for a political office and specifically the senate

My short term goals in this role – These are outcomes you plan to achieve in 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month. Each one should bring you closer to achieving your long term goals.

1.I intend to read political biographies everyday

2. I will update my blog on political awareness once in every 3 days

3.I attend student meetings and mobilize them towards issues of interest on a weekly basis

4.I liaise with the university administrators to inform them on the pressing issues affecting the students

5.I organize monthly political forums meant to bring together youths in my county to make them participate in the electoral process

1.The main obstacle in this case is on resources to mobilize like-minded individuals into my cause

2. The perception about young people aspiring to be in leadership is also very destructive and destructive to the electorate.

3.Another major problem is the fact that there is an established political class that has an advantage over me due to their popularity with the people

1.Public speaking skills are necessary to be endeared by the audience

1.Using my current political rank in the student organization to popularize my agenda and my leadership aspirations

2.Create a network of youth leaders in other universities for whom we share aspirations

3.Create an issue-based activist movement to help create awareness of the pressing issues

4.Engaging the community to give us support in helping change the current state of affairs in the immediate community

5. Coming up with a political party that is premised on the issues we popularized among the people and at the crux of the organization being the youth agenda.
