I’m delighted you agree with me that it’s critical to use the most recent and effective techniques to develop our teaching abilities. Teachers must advance in their careers and adapt to the changing educational landscape. This is advantageous to both them and their students. Teachers can relate to their students better and provide them the best skills to use in the real world by adapting to the changing instructional environment (Perrott, 2014). To be a successful teacher, we must demonstrate our capacity to achieve the desired learning goals (Perrott, 2014). to be uncontrolled and unpredictable rather than random and unplanned. I am thrilled that you concur with the application of backward design process to schools across the region. The modern classroom seems out of touch with the formative assessment meant to improve their understanding and to gauge the achievement of the learning objective. More educators surely see the mode of evaluation –both self and for the student – as outdated, and see the need for a change. Working closely with the student opens our eyes to the current needs encountered by our students in class. Thus, enriching their learning experiences, and their translation of these experiences into the real world.

I affirm that personal growth and development is essential to ensuring that our students achieve close to 100% (if not 100%) of the learning objectives. This, I agree, translates to the assessment of out teaching skills, our competence and, our interests to achieve these goals. As you have reaffirmed, the student finds it hard to meet the learning objectives, and therefore, as educators, by growing and improving, we can change the outcomes, and develop a better learning environment for our students.
